Arada recognised for high security and safety standards in its communities at Sharjah Excellence Awards

Arada has been praised for the exceptional security and safety standards at its communities at an annual ceremony that promotes sustainable economic growth in Sharjah.
The master developer won the award for Best Security Standards at the Sharjah Excellence Awards, which was presented by HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, at a ceremony held on 22 April at Sharjah Expo Centre.
The Best Security Standards award category is managed by Sharjah Police General Directorate, which aims to showcase best-in-class implementation of security standards of enterprises in the Emirate.
Arada won the award after a team from Sharjah Police visited its communities to review comprehensive security plans, including all security systems and protocols, which are carried out by a team of well-trained security guards to ensure an effective response to any emergency or issue.
The awards adds to a series of recent recognitions for Arada, which include the Waterfront Project of the Year award for Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, and Sustainable Developer of the Year at the Bayut Awards.
The company has also been named as the top employer in the real estate sector in the Great Place to Work® UAE 2024 rankings.
