Arada sells out two Nest apartment blocks in Aljada in a single day

Arada has sold out two entire buildings in its Nest community in a single day, following unprecedented demand from local investors for the purpose-built student housing complex located within the Aljada master plan.
At the launch event for Nest 6 and 7 on 15 June, the developer sold out both of the first two blocks in the second phase of the development. Units in this phase of Nest are being offered to investors with a guaranteed return of investment of 10% annually for a period of 10 years, with prices beginning from AED240,000.
Investor attention is now turning to the next building in the community, Nest 8, which is now on offer to the public.
Nest enables individual real estate investors to purchase directly in the student housing segment in the Gulf for the first time, an area that has seen major interest in traditional markets such as the United States and Europe.
