Arada launches sales for Tiraz 6, based in Aljada’s creative district

Arada has launched sales for Tiraz 6, a new premium apartment building at Naseej District, the energetic cultural neighbourhood in the AED24 billion Aljada megaproject.
Featuring a range of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and overlooking open courtyards and garden spaces, Tiraz 6 contains a total of 102 units, which will all come with standard smart home features and access to a health club, swimming pool and children’s play area.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, CEO of Arada, said: “We have seen exceptional investor interest in every apartment block released in the Naseej district since this exciting neighbourhood was launched for sale in December last year. Naseej District is the fourth residential phase of Aljada, Sharjah’s largest mixed-use community, which is located on a 24 million square foot plot ideally based close to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, University City and Sharjah International Airport.
The first residential phase of Aljada is nearing completion, with the handover process for the first homes beginning in January this year.
