Arada hosts Sales Recognition Awards at Aljada

Arada has recognised its top-performing sales stars at a special event held at the Aljada megacommunity in Sharjah.
Eighteen of the company’s best salespeople were honoured at the event, which took place after Arada’s exceptionally strong sales performance in both 2019 and 2020.
Award winners were presented with an array of gifts, including certificates, trophies and cheques.
The event also saw a presentation from Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, CEO of Arada, as well as other members of Arada’s senior management team.
2020 saw an extremely resilient performance from Arada’s sales team, with the total value of property sold increasing by 35% to AED1.75 billion, despite the effects of the pandemic.
Arada’s sales rebounded well after the lockdown period in the UAE ended in April 2020, and the company posted its best ever sales month in August.
In total, the company sold 2,337 units at the Aljada and Nasma Residences communities during 2020.
Among the many successful offplan sales launches that took place in 2020 were Vida Residences Aljada, Misk 4, the second Sarab villa community and the Naseej District (all at Aljada), as well as Phase 6 of Nasma Residences.
