Arada honours top-performing brokers from 2019-2020

Arada has recognised the achievements of leading members of the UAE’s broker community at an awards ceremony held on 11 April at YourSpace, the events venue located at the developer’s Aljada master community in Sharjah.
The event honoured 20 of Arada’s best-performing brokers over 2019 and 2020, who were presented with an array of gifts, including certificates, trophies, Rolex watches and cheques.
The 10 best performing brokers during that period were named as La Posh FZE, Dar Al Ebda Real Estate Broker, Ejada Real Estate, Al Roya Al Momayaza Real Estate Brokers, Masaken Al Waha Real Estate LLC, On Plan Real Estate Buying & Selling Brokerage LLC, Archers LLC, Rekaz Properties LLC, Maken Real Estate LLC and Dream Valley Real Estate Brokerage.
Guests were also treated to a presentation by Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, CEO of Arada, who outlined the developer’s future plans and targets, and thanked the broker community for its support over the past two years.
Despite the pandemic, Arada saw strong sales through 2020, and has continued that momentum in 2021 with the launch of Masaar, a new forested master community located in New Sharjah.
Earlier this year, the developer reported a 35% growth in the value of property sold in 2020 compared to the previous year, with the total value of sales rising to AED1.7 billion.
Arada has an excellent relationship with the broker community both in the UAE and overseas. The company has almost 2,500 agents registered in total.
