Arada to award one winner a one bedroom apartment in Aljada
Arada has now confirmed the five finalists for the #MyARADAHome competition, one of which will be awarded a One Bedroom Apartment in Aljada! We are also happy to announce that we will be awarding an iPhone X to each of the runners up!
These finalists have been carefully selected from hundreds of entries submitted on Instagram over the last two months by a judging panel consisting of senior executives from Arada. The #MyARADAHome competition has been held in line with the Year of Zayed initiative, which honours the legacy and generosity of the Founding Father of the UAE.
Located in the first phase of Sharjah’s largest and most exciting megaproject, the lucky winner’s new home will be in the Areej Apartments, which are scheduled to be completed by the end of next year. Designed in a contemporary and elegant style that creates an efficient living space, Aljada’s Areej Apartments are ideally suited for singles and young couples.
The One Bedroom Apartment is located in the heart of Aljada, close to the Central Hub, a new lifestyle and entertainment destination for the UAE, which has been designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. Like all residents of Aljada, the winner of this exceptional home will also have easy access to the project’s incredible facilities, including lush parks just minutes’ away from their front door, and a wealth of sporting, retail and dining options.
Launched in September 2017 by HH Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Aljada will be a transformational community for the Emirate and the perfect place for residents, workers and visitors to live, work, play and be entertained. Having announced the five finalists for the #MyARADAHome competition, the judging panel will now consider the shortlist further and will confirm winner in the week commencing 2 September.
