Arada to showcase Sharjah’s megaprojects, Aljada and Masaar, at ACRES 2023

- Developer to participate in Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition from 25-28 May
Arada, the UAE’s fastest-growing developer, has announced its participation at Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES 2023), which is taking place from 25-28 May 2023 at Expo Centre Sharjah.
Arada’s stand will exhibit the extensive range of properties in its two mega developments in Sharjah. Featuring several exciting new communities within Aljada, the AED24 billion mixed-use community in New Sharjah, the stand will also showcase the forested lifestyle mega community Masaar.
Organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, ACRES 2023 is expected to attract investors from the UAE and abroad, who are seeking high-value opportunities in the thriving real estate sector in the Emirate.

Last year, the Sharjah Government introduced amendments to the ownership rules in the Emirate allowing freehold property ownership to buyers from all nationalities. The move has seen a sharp rise in demand for both Aljada and Masaar, helping Arada to report a 46% rise in sales during 2022 to AED3.51 billion.
Spread over a 24 million square foot area, Aljada is Sharjah’s largest ever project and a transformational destination for the Emirate. As the first and second phases are fully completed and the third phase is close to completion, the number of new people moving into Aljada is accelerating fast. The community is now a truly vibrant place with great retail and F&B options, and supported with powerful entertainment, sporting and education facilities, all set within a green, walkable master plan.
Masaar, the woodland mega residential project, has quickly become one of the most popular off-plan communities in the UAE. The Masaar master plan features 3,000 homes spread over seven gated districts, all of which are linked by a green spine featuring over 50,000 trees. Located in the Al Suyoh district of New Sharjah, the community is expected to deliver its first residential phase later this year and to be fully sold out within six months, amid growing demand for luxury properties both in Sharjah and across the UAE.
