Arada shares brand purpose, new initiatives at first corporate leadership meeting

Arada has used its first leadership meeting to outline the company’s new brand purpose and principles, as well as unveiling a number of related new initiatives.

The meeting, which took place at YourSpace, the events venue at the Aljada megaproject in Sharjah, was attended by 50 members of Arada’s senior management, who listened to a series of presentations from the company’s leadership team.

Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, CEO of Arada, underlined the company’s brand purpose – Connected Life – and introduced Arada’s three brand principles; We are Dynamic, We Care and We Deliver.

Other presenters included Melissa Bayik, Head of Brand; Elie Mrad, Head of Architecture and Design; Mohit Menon, HR Director; Shrikant Kabboor, Chief Technology Officer; Rosa Piro, Director of Business Development and Ray Tinston, Director of Events.

Linked to Arada’s purpose and principles are a series of new initiatives, which include Arada Kitchen, a new internal learning and development programme that will support all employees, as well as a new staff entertainment and synergy strategy.

Also announced at the meeting were the launch of Arada Care, a new entity that will focus on providing exceptional after-sales service to buyers and the Arada Foundation, which aims to structure the company’s existing corporate social responsibility activities.
