Arada named Real Estate Company of the Year at Beyond Activ Awards of Excellence

Arada has been named Real Estate Company of the Year at the Beyond Activ Awards of Excellence, held on 10 February 2026 in Riyadh.
The Awards of Excellence recognise leading companies and executives from across the health, fitness, sports, wellness and hospitality sectors in the Middle East and Africa. In 2026, eight companies and executives were honoured for their achievements during 2025.
Founded in 2017, Arada has rapidly established itself as a global master developer, with a strategy centred on creating spaces that enable people to lead healthier, happier and more meaningful lives.
