Arada launches The Gate 6, a new premium residential hub at Sharjah megaproject Aljada

Arada has launched sales at The Gate 6, a new residential building on the West Boulevard of its Aljada megacommunity in Sharjah. Construction of the 220-unit apartment block is already under way, after the UAE-headquartered master developer awarded AED2 billion worth of contracts to build 14 residential buildings earlier this year.
The Gate 6 comprises a selection of premium one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, with prices starting from AED970,000. Buyers can secure units for a down payment of just 5%, followed by 30% instalments over two years and 65% on completion.
All apartments within the complex will include smart home features as standard, as well as high-end, European-manufactured appliances such as kitchen cookers, hoods and washer-dryers.
The complex will feature a range of high-quality facilities, including an indoor gym and a variety of retail, healthcare and dining options. Residents will also have exclusive access to both adults’ and children’s swimming pools, as well as an outdoor gym space, playground and table tennis area.
Located near the megacommunity’s northwest corner, The Gate 6 sits alongside Raffles World Academy, Aljada – a new K-12 school offering both the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and the US High School Diploma. This state-of-the-art, 2,000-student campus is due to open in time for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Sharjah’s real estate market has enjoyed a robust start to 2026, and demand for premium property remains strong. More than 7,000 transactions were recorded during Ramadan this year, totalling AED4.6 billion. This represents a 72% year-on-year rise in overall value compared to the corresponding period of 2025.
Aljada spans 24 million square feet and features more than 25,000 homes, as well as extensive retail, sports, wellness, hospitality, office and education amenities. Already home to 20,000 people, the community is located within minutes of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Al Dhaid Road and Sharjah International Airport.
