Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Chief Executive Officer
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi is the Chief Executive Officer of Arada, and the Group Chief Executive Officer of KBW Investments. He has a lengthy corporate history, with expertise stemming from a series of senior managerial positions spanning industries as diverse as heavy machinery and construction. He is a noted serial entrepreneur, having achieved a number of successful exits.

Shimmy Mathew, Chief Financial Officer
Shimmy Mathew serves as Chief Financial Officer of Arada, and as Chief Financial Officer of KBW Investments. He oversees multiple aspects of the company, including several operational pillars. He previously served as Finance Manager for Raimondi Cranes, and has also had extensive experience in the heavy machinery segment in Qatar.

Ed Attwood, Chief Communications Officer
Ed Attwood is the former Group Editor of Arabian Business, the Middle East’s leading weekly business magazine. As well as overseeing Arabian Business magazine and the website, he also managed CEO Middle East, Arabian Business StartUp and Arabian Business Qatar. He previously worked as an Editor on the Middle East desk for Global Insight (now part of IHS Markit).

Ahmad Oneisse, President – Sales & Sales Operations
Ahmed Oneisse has 16 years of experience in sales and sales operations, and is regarded as one of the most experienced real estate executives in the UAE. Before joining Arada he was employed by Damac Properties, where he worked his way up the ladder to become Senior Vice President – Sales. As a key member of Damac’s senior management team, he has played a major role in launching some 90 projects throughout the region, and has been responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies, and building business models and assessing risks.

Elie Mrad, Head of Architecture and Design
Elie Mrad is a qualified architect with more than 20 years of experience working in markets as diverse as Australia, the UAE and South Sudan. He previously served as Head of Architecture at Arcadia Middle East, and as Senior Architect at Dewan Architects & Engineers. Mrad’s other roles have included Managing Director of Venture International, and Senior Architect at Kann Finch. The projects he has worked on include Reem Mall in Abu Dhabi, Dubai Festival City and the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Yas Island.

Melissa Bayik, Head of Brand
Melissa Bayik is a specialist with more than a decade’s experience helping to develop some of the region’s top brands . Prior to working at Arada, Melissa worked with Meraas where she helped guide the developer’s rebranding process, and also owned and led a small Dubai-based design practice. She has worked with Start JG, Wolff Olins and Brand Union, and has worked with brands as varied as Majid Al Futtaim, Fawaz Al Hokair, Al Hilal Bank and Abu Dhabi Ports Company.

Saneen Sainudeen, Senior Director – Contracts & Commercial
Saneen Sainudeen has 20 years of professional experience in procurement, contracts and commercial management for major projects in the United Arab Emirates. Prior to joining Arada, he was employed by Meraas as Director of Tendering overseeing several notable projects such as Citywalk, Dubai Water Canal and Museum of the Future and several key Infrastructure development projects. He has also worked in tendering, procurement, contract administration, cost and claims management roles at Nakheel, Arabtec and Bechtel.

Mohamad Moussalli, Development Director
Mohamad Moussalli is a qualified Engineer with 14 years of contracting experience in the UAE and Lebanon. He joined Arada from Damac Properties, where he was Senior Manager – Projects, and most recently had oversight of the Damac Hills villa programme. He has also served as Project Manager at Abu Dhabi-based Civil Power General Contracting, and as Construction Manager at Al Ghafly General Contracting. Among the projects he has worked on are New York University Abu Dhabi, and Frond L of the Palm Jumeirah, for Nakheel.

Ammar Wazzan, Director – Infrastructure & Utilities
Ammar Wazzan has over two decades of experience in pre- and post-contract project management of large-scale infrastructure projects, having worked with global engineering consultants and leading EPC companies in the Gulf. He previously served as Technical Director – Infrastructure at Al Nasr International Contracting, and has also served as Infrastructure Manager at Parsons International’s Abu Dhabi office, and as a Senior Manager at AECOM’s Abu Dhabi office.

Feras Al Naimi, Director – MEP
Feras Al Naimi is a qualified engineer with more than 22 years of experience working in the MEP and infrastructure in the UAE, working with clients as varied as Masdar, Aldar and ADNOC. Prior to joining Arada, Feras served as Director – MEP for Damac Properties, where he had responsibility for all MEP operations at a variety of major projects, including Damac Hills and Akoya Oxygen. He has also worked as an Area Manager at Thermo LLC and a Project Manager at Cofathec International.
