Arada announces that main substation for Nasma Residences is now energised

Arada has announced that the main 33/11Kv substation at Nasma Residences, the developer’s first community, has now been completed and that the facility is now fully operational.
The energisation of the substation means that electricity can now be delivered to Nasma Residences. This move will also allow the first residents of the community to move in, with keys set to be handed over in the coming days.
Launched in March 2017, Nasma Residences swiftly became Sharjah’s fastest-selling community when its first phase sold out in less than a month. Investors were quickly won over by the project’s enviable location, competitive pricing and superb facilities.
