Arada to take part in Acres Real Estate Exhibition, Sharjah’s biggest property showcase

Arada will be participating in Sharjah’s top property event, Acres, later this week as investor interest in the developer’s two projects, Aljada and Nasma Residences, continues to ramp up.
Acres is this year being held between 5-7 March at the Expo Centre Sharjah, and is being organised in collaboration with Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI, Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) and the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Business Group.
Arada’s presence at Acres comes just a week after the public launch of the first phase of its 24 million square foot megaproject Aljada.
On 27 February, Madar at Aljada, a new entertainment destination for the UAE, was opened to the public by HH Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
The Sharjah real estate sector is currently seeing impressive investor demand, bucking the trend for a slowdown in the industry across the wider Middle East.
Last year, the value of property sold in Sharjah increased by 7%, while the number of units sold increased by 13%.
Arada’s own sales increased by 33% in 2019, compared to the previous year. It is on track to hand over the first units in Aljada later on this year, and will complete and deliver Nasma Residences in the second quarter.
