Arada hosts first Sales Recognition Awards

Arada has recognised its top-performing sales stars at its first Sales Recognition Awards, which were held on Monday 25 February at the InterContinental Hotel Dubai Festival City.
Fifteen members of Arada’s sales team were honoured at the event, which featured a presentation from Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, CEO of Arada, who discussed the company’s performance in 2018 and its strategy for the coming year. He also revealed details of new product launches for 2019, and thanked the sales for their efforts over the course of a record year for Arada.
Two other executives – Melissa Bayik, Head of Brand, and Elie Mrad, Head of Architecture and Design – also presented updates from their departments.
Eleven sales executives were recognised for outstanding cumulative sales since the time Arada launched its first project, Nasma Residences, in March 2017. These were: Mohamed Faroq Ahmed, Khaled Ahmed Abdelhafiz, Mune Filiz, Naser Saab, Fadi Elhajj, Islam Ahmed, Mohamed Ahmed Abdelazem, Nuha Mezaal, Sally Fouad, Amr Elmekkawy and Ahmed Abuelsoaud.
Three executives were rewarded for their outstanding direct sales, as well as cumulative sales, during the same period. These were: Maen Said, Khaled Al-Baiti and Alaa Al Masri.
Hisham Elrefaei was named as Best Performing Sales Manager during the same period.
With the assistance of Arada’s sales team, the company has achieved a number of notable feats. Just one month after launch, the first phase of Nasma Residences sold out, making it Sharjah’s fastest-selling real estate project at that time. This record was broken a few months later after the launch of Aljada, and the team also broke the Sharjah record for the number of units sold in a single day in November 2017.
